Blackjack means One is An Ace card and other one is one of the Tens, Jack , Queen or King.

So one Ace card from 4 ace cards can be selected in 4C1 = 4 different ways and

other one card can be selected from ( 4 tens + 4 Jack + 4 Queen + 4 King) = 16 cards in 16C1 = 16 ways.
