Number of Primary Care Visits in 08 is a continuous variable on an integer scale

Patient's Body Temperature for 2018 Visits is a continuous variable on an decimal scale.

2.) Pie chart is generally used when data is in proportion/percentage of a whole. Here for age pie chart is not appropriate rather we can look at histogram.

3.) There are 9 self-pay patients. So probability of randomly choosing a self-pay patient is 9/30 = 0.3
