So here we have to find the probability by using a calculator Ti-84.

We have to find the probability that baby will have length 21.6 inches or more .

Means we have to find P ( x> 21.6 )

Since in this example mean and standard deviation is not given .I just give the command .

So firstly let us define the required things .

a = lower limit =21.6

b = upper limit = 9999

Here we choose b = 9999 because we know that range of normal distribution is (-infinity, +infinity) So we consider a larger number .You can consider any number which is larger .

= mean

= standard deviation .

Now the command for finding probability.

Press 2nd DISTR then normalcdf(a,b, , ) press enter .

You get your required probability.
