I got a question regarding Statistic Hypothesis Test topic:

"Collect 20 samples values and determine if a 10% increase is big enough to be a significance increase with an alpha of 5%."

Dear student i'm sorry but your question seems incomplete.

you have collected 20 samples means sample size is 20, and 10 % increse means difference between sample proportion and population proportion is .10 but how can you compare it with increased or decresed value of alpha because you don't know the incresed or dcresed value and alpha can only give you a thresold value with which either you can compare with eithe test statisic of by p value. i think some some more information required for a conclusion ,please comment below i definitely answer your question. Thank you.

statistic question Perform the following hypothesis test using the critical-value approach. A test of sobriety involves measuring the subject's motor skills. The mean score for men who are sober is known to be 35.0. A researcher would like to perform a hypothesis test to determine whether the mean score for sober women differs from 35.0. Twenty randomly selected sober women take the test and produce a mean score of 41.0 with a standard deviation of 3.7. Perform the hypothesis test...
