We have given,

Sum of square = ss = 1099.754

Mean som of square = ms = 549.877

F = ss / sse

= 4.938

so,

sse = ss / F

=  1099.754 / 4.938

= 222.7124

TSS = ss + sse

= 1099.754 + 222.7124

= 1322.466

Degrees of freedom = df = 2

So,

Effect size for one-way = Treatment sum of square / Total sum of square

=  1099.754 / 1322.466

= 0.8315934
