Name it as Satisfaction Rating

Then again go to

axis titles>primary vertical

Intrepretation:

From scatterplot we observe a negative relationship between satisfaction rating and repair requests.

as satisfaction rating is high there are less number of repair
requests.

And as satisfaction rating is low there are high number
of repair requests.
