In your short narrative, please describe your thought process behind deciding to purchase the product or service; in other words, what criteria (if any) did you use to compare the product/service to alternative selection and eventually help you come to the decision to purchase the product/service?

When I have to purchase and a product or service than what I'd first do is to analyze it's use cases for me and requirements and then refer the internet to find out the different options available. Then cut short the list by removing the 0roduct or services that doesn't fulfill my requirements. Then set a budget constraint and look for the product and services within that price. Then try to identify best product but analysing it's quality, reliability, assurance, customer support, market value, reputation, etc. All these factors play an important role here or there in the selection process.
