For a variable to be multi valued,it must be a quantitative character not qualitative character. Any kind of names can't be multi valued,so they are rejected. Therefore the followings are considered to be multi valued :

c) no. of high school attended (= n say, n maybe 10,15,28,....so on)

d) owner of a licensed vehicle( the number may be 1 or more)

h) number of continuing education hours (any number can be obtained)

i) number of courses in the course catalog for a college class(yearwise the number may vary)

j)height for a driver's license(suppose height in a range of a to b,where a,b any real number ,has been imposed,which is multi valued)
