Of these employees, 52% then indicated they would use an office crèche if made available. Say Total number of employees in the organisation is N

%age of employees having children younger than school age who could use a creche = 11%

X = Number of employees having children younger than school age = %*(Total Employees) = 11%*N = 0.11*N

%age of X who would use an office creche if made available = 52%

Hence, Number of employees in the organization who would use an office creche if made available = 52% * X = 0.52 * (0.11*N) = 0.0572*N

%age of employees = (0.0572*N*100)/N = 5.72%
