Three levels of product can be identified.Each level adds more coustomer value .The first and most basic level is called the CORE CUSTOMER VALUE .The first one of the level of the product,the core customer value,answers the question:what is the buyer really buying ? When a marketer designs a product,he should first think.of the core problem.what does the consumer really seek? Is transportation.

Communicating value and establishing customer value is important because the result of your efforts to creat value are measured in the customers perception of that value .remember your coustomer will never buy something you because you like it .They buy thing because they like or need them.
