600 - Total Students

70% do not have enough time -> 30% have enough time

So, 600*30% = 180

Of the 180, 20 do not eat breakfast despite having time

So, students who have enough time and eat breakfast = 180-20 = 160

It means, 600*70% = 420 do not have enough time

As per the survey, 55% eat breakfast

i.e. 600*55% = 330 students have breakfast

600-330 = 270 students do not have breakfast

Of the 420 students who do not have enough time, 250 students do not have breakfast (20 students have time but don't have breakfast)

So, required percentage = (250/420)*100 = 59.52%
