Hypothesis: If people are subject are subjected to a "protein only" diet, then weight of people will decrease.
Hence, H0 : difference of weights, = 0 (null hypothesis), H1 : difference in weights, > 0 (alternative hypothesis).
Here, = weight before "protein only" diet - weight after "protein only" diet.
