(A) In this case the average height of all NBA players 79 inches is population mean  because it talks about entire NBA players hence it is parameter.

(B) In case of Gallup poll of 1520 national adults, aged 18 and older, shows that 47% are "extremely proud to be American," a record low in the 18 - year history of this poll suggest that sample propotion is 47% as out of total population 1520(sample) people have been asked this question hence it it is Statistic.
