Hypothesis considered as most important part in reserach. The main function of hypothesis is to suggest new ideas and functions. It formulates clear and specific goals. Hypothesis testing is done to help determine if the variation between groups of data is due to variation or if it is the result of sample variation.

There are two types of hypothesis which can be written as:

Ho = Null Hypothesis

Statement of ‘no effect’ or ‘no difference’.

Ha = Alternative Hypothesis

Statement/claim assumed to be true and we are trying to prove it to be true.

Therefore, hypothesis testing is very important in research.
