Loaded the data in R in a variable named x as shown above and then used quantile formula to find the 60th percentile value

so., **4.18** Mbps is the P60 value which we rae
looking for.

If you want to do it by pen and paper then you need to arrange these 50 numbers in the ascending order and then choose the 30th number as the P60 value whoich will be 4.18
