Yes , to avoid accidents using cell phones should be banned while driving. In todays world cell phones are the lives as internet is available inside those phones. Without it people cant live today but the problem is that at the time of driving it clashes with the mind because both the thing driving and cell phones attracs equal attention which is tough to provide. Calling and texting both are equal things. System should be there with sensors that while a person is on the drivers seat his phone will not get access to the network. Its must to avoid accidents.
