My Intrinsic motivation to a particular subject was my passion for the subject. That made me study the particular subject so i was internally motivated to finish my home work and attend all the classes. My assignments were submitted on time .The other motivating factors were my professors who always encouraged me to do better and helped in achieving good grades and they often praised me when i did well and motivated me when i was not upto the mark.In my career path i will join and organization that will help me feel confident about what iam doing and high employee morale.I would work in an organization where i would be able to contribute and my opinion matters in a particular decision. My boss would consider my decisions and i get a raise for my work.
