Why isn’t knowledge of Indian law a greater part of legal education?
The greater part of legal education comprises laws based on the values of Greeco-Roman traditions or Socratic values that the European settlers brought with them. They neglected the laws of the indigenous people or the native Indians. And also, the laws and rules of these natives were not as uniform, as they differed from culture to culture. Hence, they were conveniently avoided by the White European settlers, who dominated the native Indians of the region.
