Everyone gets hurt, although they all take all the necessary precautions not to get hurt. One of the most important strategy not to get hurt is to follow the rules and regulations. Second important strategy is to make sure to avoid situations that are possible threats. Third strategy is to learn things that would help one thus doing things right without getting hurt. Finally, it’s all about the other person and events thus trying to understand them well in order to exhibit a desirable or favorable reaction from them. One should also be willing to take calculated risks thus not putting oneself in unnecessary danger. All these things would help one keep oneself from getting hurt. All these strategies are true for both physical, emotional and mental hurt.
