Direct Discrimination - Direct discrimination is the most common form of discrimination. It involves treating others in an unfair and unjustified manner due to some characteristics which the other may hold or due to the perception of a person towards others.
Indirect Discrimination - A rule or law which protects people but does not protect another person in the society because of certain characteristics. This rule or law may put that person in a disadvantaged position.
Harassment - Being offensive, hostile and humiliating towards a person because of their age, sex, ethnicity etc. This kind of discrimination makes the other person feel insecure and unsafe.
