1. One thing that was immediately apparent to me when I noticed the drug categories for different mental illnesses was that they all had different impact on the neurochemical functioning of the nervous system. Each drug primarily targeted a specific neurotransmitter and either increased or decreased its activity.

2. Drugs that fall into the state’s categories are:

• Antipsychotics: Chlorpromazine, Haloperidol.

• Antidepressants: Fluoxetine, Citalopram.

• Anti-Anxiety: Clonazepam, Alprazolam.

• Mood Stabilizer: Carbamazepine, Lamotrigine.
