The guidelines for responding and facilitating to self-disclosures are:

1-Practice the skills of active listeningand effective .

2- Reinforce and Support the discloser.

3-Be willing to reciprocate.

4- Keep the disclosures news confidential.

5- Don't utilize the disclosures opposite to the person.

While the customer movement consumes the life of mine, I don’t disclose one-on-one, unless there is an aim to it. If they question what I do, I willl answer them, & if they look interested, & ask more questions, then I make a call of judgment.
