The Munich massacre occurred when the Palestinian group (terrorist), Black September in 1972 Summer Olympic in Germany, Munich. they captured eleven Israeli Olympic team members killed them with German police officer.

It was both immoral and unethical that coercion was used by law enforcement authorities at the 1972 Munich Olympics. Because it started the shootout in which the number of people killed increased. Most of the death was avoidable.negotiation is always better than coercion.
