OB backed Management is a style of management that encourage participative decision making and involvement of stakeholders (all levels of an organization) in the process of problem-solving, strategy making and solution implementation.

It contains four processes:

• sharing of information

• Training

• decision making

• Rewards

Pros of OB backed management:
