How do you feel about the racial minority group being excluded from the "melting pot", and do you think it was fair?

The racial minority group has been excluded from the "melting pot" and this is totally unfair. The racial minority finds it hard to get the best jobs as they are marginalized and less educated. The unfair hiring practices make it hard for them to find decent jobs. Thus the very essence of melting pot society i.e. in which all ethnic and racial minorities voluntarily blend together, the mixing of cultures, ideas, and peoples is not existing for the minority.
