The Soviet Union accused the US and its allies of trying surround and ultimately destroy it. War of words? Or was somebody telling the truth? And where do our 'Isms' fit in? The vacuum of power which were left in Europe after the subside of the axis states unlock the direction for the U.S & Soviet Union to capture leading roles in politics of world. In Eastern Europe, reconstruction proceeded in huge measurement as per the wishes of the the political goals & Soviet authorities of the communist party. In west severe economic lackness & fearness of Soviet domination, formed the areas economically & diplomatically dependent on the US.
