As a morally responsible group member I try to share work equally with other members. Do my part of work in time. Communicate well with all my other team members. I need to understand the cultural differences of my other team members so that I understand them better for a improved teamwork. For this I will befriend my team mates and communicate with them after work as well. I will change my introvert attitude and try to interact with my fellow workers in order to understand them better.
