The GR consistency condition is, we are ought follow those rules and moral values which we want others to follow. If we do not follow what we want others ought to follow then the GR consistency condition is baseless and meaning. Great consistency condition is based on the Golden rule of " Treat others as you wanted to be treated". Thus, it do say how we ought to live, if we want others to respect us, we are ought to respect others. The ought principle is neither true nor false, it is depends upon our free will and rationality. Thus, GR consistency condition guides us to universal rules of ethics that can be applied anywhere, anytime.
