The sexual desire regulated by hormones in human and animals but as a human we developed social norms and culture so that we do not completely drive by biological perspective of sexual orientation. Social relations make us different from other animals because we can control our sexual desire and change the way of sexual orientation.
The hormone reducing medications or surgery do not help us to control sexual desire which belong to psychological condition rather than biological condition. Hormone reducing can cause psychological imbalance towards sexual orientation.
