• Post impressionism style did not occur in 15th-18th century.Post-Impressionism is a predominantly French art movement that developed roughly between 1886 and 1905, from the last Impressionist exhibition to the birth of Fauvism.The term Post-Impressionism was first used by art critic Roger Fry in 1906.Post-Impressionism encompasses a wide range of distinct artistic styles that all share the common motivation of responding to the opticality of the Impressionist movement.
