Answer #1

I am an Introverted, I don't prefer to initiate the conversation usually. I don't feel comfort to talk with strangers. If I meet someone like me, then it becomes difficult to initiate the conversation. That person also feels like me, so we both sit quietly, looking each other. If I meet someone who is different or opposite from me then it becomes easy for both, the person starts talking and I cooperate. Basically I need someone who can start the conversation so I won't feel bother to start it. It becomes easier for me.

I can see some more traits in me such as, conscientiousness, and open to experiences. I feel lack of patience. When I work with others, I don't like it. Because I want to finish the whole task as soon as possible, it makes me anxious, but not everybody feel the same, so they chill till the deadlines, and I want to finish the task before the deadlines, otherwise I feel anxious about it. Every member in the team is not same, then I feel slow while working with others. I like to work individually, I don't interact much with the others as it required. Sometime it makes difficulty for me, I feel angry. So I feel that my personality is better suited to the individual work not for group work. Sometimes I feel good while working with others, if I find people are concerned for the work and they also want it to complete with perfection. It makes me feel better but usually I don't get this kind of people, it is very rare when I got this kind of people. So I prefer to take the individual task.

The early adult has a fully-formed personality. Typology, or the study of human personality differences, has a long history both in the East in places like India, and in the West in ancient Greece. It is at once fascinating because it purports to tell us something important about ourselves, and yet its history is riddled with fads and flaws. Carl Jung's typology can certainly be reduced to a parlor game, but if it is understood in the way Jung understood...
