Answer #1

When resources in a given society are distributed unevenly it leads to social inequality; where people unequal in society. For example according to the Karl Marx’s conflict theory there is inequality especially in case of women as women are over-represented in the ranks of the poor and under-represented among upper income earners. Apart from this due to the existence of the two classes in society i.e. the owner of the means of production i.e. the capitalist class and the worker class there is social inequality.
