Answer #1

Life to me means a place which is temporary and short lived , to be experienced by a person, and not get too attached to it, as it wont last forever. Life is a place where we can experience new things, people and try to fulfill our own individual potential or purpose. What bothers me most about dying is that all that we accomplish during our life is going to get washed away and nothing will remain. All the money, respect, material, house will all seem useless after we die. I don't believe in after life. So, symbolic immortality for me would be how good i raise my children and how well professionally and as an individual i have helped the society through teaching and research. I would prefer to die in my birthplace, where i spent all the lovely years of my childhood, as that place is special to me, i would like to spend the last days there.
