The patient is a psychotic patient having narcissistic qualities with manipulation and posing as an adoption child. The patient has murdered several people and has tried to se-xually advance toward her adopted father. The patient has hypopitutiarism.

The treatment approaches for the patient would be a combination of the following therapies:

• Cognitive behavioural therapies: in these therapies the fault in her behaviours would be identified followed by an attempt to change her behavior.
• Mindfulness therapies: the patient would be taught to live in the present
• Counseling approaches in which the patient would be tried to relieved of their maladaptive and violent behaviors.
• Restorative approaches such as electric shock, if all the approaches fail snf the patient does not come in control with s potentisl of causing harm to self and others.
