If I had to do without one of the components of Communication competency, the one which I would think most dispensable would be; sensitivity as it is the ability of accurately sensing organization meaning and feelings. This can be compensated by the skills i.e. the ability to accurately analyze organizational situations and effectively initiate and consume organizational messages. The other component that I would like to include is; motivation as motivation is the key to the achievement of all goals
