If you could change racial inequality, what one thing would you do to make that change?

Racial inequality is a problem faced in society today.If there is one thing inequality should be changed ,it must be ended where it begins.As citizens of the country we have equal rights and access to all the benefits.many educational instituitions and work application forms have a specific coloumn of asking our race and ethnicity.The race should not a specific question ,as whether race will be a criteria choosing candidate for the job or admission ino schools and colleges.If that could be changed ,importance of race will not be there.The place one studies and works should be free from racism.Diverse culture should be encouraged.There should be freedom of right to constituition.No preference to caste color or creed in all areas of life.
