Bullying and cyber bullying are the terms used when a person is repeatedly cruel to the other person for no legit reasons. It's not the fault of the person being bullied , so one should always come forward and be vocal if something of this sort occurs to him.

One should always respect others , no matter the person at the receiving ened is being bullied or not. But if the person is bullied , he does not get very good thoughts in his mind , sometimes he even thinks suicidal. So he should always be respected , encouraged and motivated to do better things in life. Such activities can really be effective in improving his state of mind.
