According to Socrates in the Meno, there are difference between knowledge and true opinion we can describe it under following points:-

1. If, we talk about Knowledge it is a justified true belief and if we talk about True opinion then opinion is a justified judgement regarding any things.

2. Knoweldge of any thing is usually have positive information where in case of True opinion it can be collection of data regarding any topic.

3. Knowledge is always correct regarding an thing but true opinion can be negative and positive both.
