Solomon Asch study on groupthink suggests how individuals yielded to or defined a majority of group persons and thus its effects of the influences on beliefs and opinions of the majority of persons.

Milgram,s study on obedience shows that every 1 to 3 % of populations will be ready t give shocks to the society and they never changes.

These two theories are though simple but if we think of our day to day lives we may implement these theories in our lives . We live on the influences of big personalities in the society and we start obeying orders also. Afterall everybody needs satisfaction thus changing groups will not be the solution at all . Milgram,s theory will help us to understand that 1 ot 3 % of peoples who will not be normal anywhere and can impose facts which are not related to me.
