Being respectful to people who have disability is the most important, as they deserve the same respect as other people do. We should not label people who are disabled or talk down to them, and not make fun of them. If the person is comfortable with talking about disability then efforts should be made to listen to them and help them. It is important to empathize with them and understand their difficulty, but they should not be made to think that they are different or less capable.
