Answer #1

Hactivism is a new wave concept which means that an organization or an individual hacking through computer systems into another organization for wither social or political reasons.

It is a manipultive cyber techniques that has been doing the rounds.

A victimized organization should not hack back, as that could be trap as well, but should rather work on strengthening their own cyber security to prevent future attacks.

Danger could be that it could build security dilemma, and coax both the parties to enter a vicious cycle of consequent hacks to supercede over one another.

Also, each organization has some consumers that have to be kept in mind, whose privacy and data needs to be kept in mind before indulging in cyber warfare.
