As a result of group norms, individuals tend to behave Ina particular manner in situations that prevail in the society. Group norms could be related to organised culture. As a result of these rules as well as values, people tend to behave in particular ways. These form the basis of organisational culture- values as well as norms. These could also be referred to as Behavioral quirks as well ideologies that would be strictly adhered by the group.
