The non-verbal communication is the very important medium of communication, every society developed different signs, symbols, patterns, postures and eye movements to communicate with members of society in a non-verbal way. The non-verbal communication seems to be more effective than verbal.
1- Body movements describe the physical and psychological mode of communication, like in India if you move your hand freely, it symbolizes the denial.
2- The voice is a part of verbal communication but the language accent show the non-verbal communication, for example, if I said well in the normal way it means, I agree and feel happy with the job but if I said loudly, it means I am excited and want to perform on that way.
3- Touch can be categorized in various ways if you touch a person normally, it means you are supporting him or her but if you touch hard it means you are not showing interest and want to stop him/her.
4- The personal space shows closeness, a person allows another person to enter into personal space if they are closed unless we need little distance to protect personal space.
5- Physical appearance describe the personality, people pay attention to physical appearance. Every community takes the appearance in different ways, some communities define the physical appearance as show off and other experience social, economic and educational developments.
6- Objects works as symbols during non-verbal communication, if you represent empty bowl to any person, it can be understood as begging while the filled bowl appeared as an offer.
7- The environment also works as the symbol, like a walk in rain with someone tells the closeness. While walk under hard sunlight describes the need or importance of the person from work or job perspective.
