1. N. yes you are right as not being above 21 doesnt specifically mean you need to be below 10 too.

2. Y. fyes you are right as if I am not eating a fruit that means i am not eating any fruit and this includes banana too.

3. N. yes you are right as not eating a banana doesnt state you are not eating any other fruit also.

4. Y. you are wrong here as not hurting a mammal would include humans too because humans are mammals .

5. N . you are again wrong as not hurting a human would inno sense neccessarily mean you are not hurting any other mammal also like dog.
