Answer #1

The book is about the difference between the rich and the poor.

It teaches us the difference between liability and assets. While rich people goes after assets, poor go after liability. Rich people don't work for money, they more for assets. It also explains that a job doesn't makes us secure, our intelligence does. Poor people always work for money but doesn't agree, they always say we aren't interested in money, still work for hours for money. It also explains how money can never solve financial crisis. It all depends on how a person utilities money, known in the book as 'cash flow'.

Once people understand the difference between assets and liabilities, being rich is easy.

For example, rich people always invests into properties which later gives them bigger money, while poor people goes behind bikes, a.c etc which won't give money in return.
