Explain the relationship between IPA, stalking, and child abuse.

Intimate partner abuse, stalking and child abuse are related in one way that they all happen among known people. Intimate partner abuse could be verbal or physical and when this starts, stalking follows it because stalking is the process of willfully following, harassing and threatening someone. When these two are present it might also lead to child abuse because that becomes easier for the offender if IPA and stalking do not work well. Children become a prey to the adult’s problems as they would be the easy target. Most of the time it’s done by male partners to threaten their female partners thus ending up with all the three forms of violent and criminal acts.
