The organization i would like to join is TTK hospital where they have addiction counselling,addiction rehabilitation,and addiction recovery.They are a well known organization in addiction treatment.They provide training for counsellors and give us the opportunity to participate in conferences and publish papers.Mentoring in one to one basis and we have groups which discuss the problems at the end of the day.This helps us to clarify our doubts.The supervisiors are easily approachable and help us in achieving our professional growth.There is encouragement and we get an opportunity to mentor the students or interns in our organziation.
