Alcohol Anonymous is a kind of association for people who have alcohol problems. These people come together to help themselves. They normally have two types of meetings one an open meeting where the family members of the alcohol problem can also attend and a closed meeting where only the person with alcohol can attend. It normally proceeds like any other meeting with a presidential address and a brief about the disadvantages of drinking followed by few people talking about their addiction and how they are fighting to overcome it. There will be announcements and fee collection from the treasurer as well.
