The current stress that I am having in my life is due to overthinking of the problem and not being realistic. Even though any problem is not there. Not holding positive attitude towards life is also responsible for causing and bringing stress in the life. For example there are some events or the people in the family which are responsible for bringing stress. NOw even though situation is happy I tend to think that something woould happen.
The sources of stress that existed the persistend negative thoughts that I encountered and the fear of confronting it. Yesterday I was watchinh movie Jumnaji - in which there is a line told to Parrish that whatever you are afraid of you must confront it. I am planning of confronting instead of running away from the situation like the bold person. That is the factor which would reduce the stress. Facing problems boldly does not lead you to the path of stress whereas the other factors do lead you to that path.
