Program revolution is a systematic way to analyse, manipulate and control the data and information. The program revolution and review techniques widely used for planning and project management.

Curriculum and Program Revolution- The curriculum is developed by past situations, experiences and problems and their solutions, we can use the methods and techniques of PR in the field of curriculum development. We can systematically use the data interpretation techniques so that we can use the experiences in the curriculum development, experiences plays very crucial role if we try to develop effective curriculum. Curriculum development can utilize the experiences as well as data to develop and improve curriculum. The curriculum is description of systematic data which is been provided to find the problems and responses, by the use of PERT we efficiently analyse the data and information.

Program revolution and Instructions- Instructions are very effective medium of communication and if we use two way communication, the instructions shall be more effective. Instruction must fulfil the needs of community while curriculum give the direction, so that if we have proper direction and information, we can use data interpretation to make effective instructions, techniques of PR can influence the ideas and needs so that we can get the time and needs information of a person.
